1. How to copy a techpack/product
Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Click on the small square button on the upper left corner of the techpack/product to select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to copy.
- Step 2: Click the option icon located on the top navigation bar.
- Step 3: Select Make a copy option and a duplicate of the selected tech packs/products will be added to your techpack dashboard/products page.
When in Stage view, follow the same steps.
2. How to archive or restore a previously archived techpack/product
To archive techpacks/products:
- Step 1: Click on the small square button on the upper left corner of the techpack/product to select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to copy.
- Step 2: From the option menu select archive option as shown below.
To restore the archived techpack(s)/product(s)
- Step 1: From the option located on the top navigation bar select the show archived option.
- Step 2: Select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to restore.
- Step 3: Go back to the option and select restore from archive.
3. How to delete a techpack/product
- Step 1: Click on the small square button on the upper left corner of the techpack/product to select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to copy.
- Step 2: From the option menu select the delete option as shown below
4. How to move the techpack(s)/product(s) to another folder
- Step 1: You can select single or multiple techpacks/products by clicking on this select icon located on the upper-left corner of each techpack/product.
You can also select all your techpacks/products in the folder from the options menu located on the top-right corner of your page as shown above. Click on this Select all option from the drop-down that appears.
- Step 2: Once your techpack(s)/product(s) are selected, click on the move to another folder option. A window pop-up will appear. Using the drop-down filter; select the folder where you wish to move your techpack(s)/product(s) as shown in gif below.
A message toast will appear at the bottom left corner to confirm your Techpack(s)/product(s) has been moved to your destination folder.
