1. How to copy a techpack/product
Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Click on the small square button on the upper left corner of the techpack/product to select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to copy.
- Step 2: Click the
option icon located on the top navigation bar.
- Step 3: Select
Make a copy option and a duplicate of the selected tech packs/products will be added to your techpack dashboard/products page.
When in Stage view, follow the same steps.
2. How to archive or restore a previously archived techpack/product
To archive techpacks/products:
- Step 1: Click on the small square button on the upper left corner of the techpack/product to select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to copy.
- Step 2: From the
option menu select
archive option as shown below.
To restore the archived techpack(s)/product(s)
- Step 1: From the
option located on the top navigation bar select the show archived option.
- Step 2: Select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to restore.
- Step 3: Go back to the
option and select
restore from archive.
3. How to delete a techpack/product
- Step 1: Click on the small square button on the upper left corner of the techpack/product to select the techpack(s)/product(s) that you want to copy.
- Step 2: From the
option menu select the
delete option as shown below
4. How to move the product(s) to another folder
Personal Folder will be discontinued on May 31, 2025. Move your products to another folder to avoid losing data.
- Step 1: Select single or multiple products by clicking on this
select icon
located at the upper-left corner of the product.
You can also select all your products from the
options menu located on the top-right corner of your page as shown above. Click on this Select all option from the drop-down that appears.
- Step 2: Once your product(s) are selected, click on this
Move option. A window pop-up will appear. Using the drop-down filter; select the folder where you wish to move your product(s) as shown below.
A message toast will appear at the bottom left corner to confirm your Techpack(s)/product(s) has been moved to your destination folder.
