1. Click on forgot password
Go to the sign-in page on the website and click on the Forgot Password button.
2. Click on request change password
A new window will pop up, here provide the email address you registered your account with and click on Request Change Password button on the bottom-right.
A message will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming a password reset link sent to the email address you provided.
3. Click on the password reset link
Go to your inbox of and click on the Reset my Password link sent you in an email.
4) Enter the new password
You will be directed to a new window to set up the new password . Once done, click on Change Password
.
Now you should be able to sign in to your account with the new password.
