1. How to search for a techpack/product
Our global search feature is the most efficient way to search for a techpack/product.
Simply type in the name of your techpack/product as a keyword in this search box as shown below. PLMBR will list down all the techpack(s)/product(s) with matching names/keywords. Click to navigate to a techpack/product.
2. How to filter a techpack/product
You can locate a techpack/product on your home page by using the filter icon located on the top navigation bar.
There are two ways to filter your techpack/product cards -
- 2a. Filter a techpack/product at the organization level
- 2b. Filter techpack(s)/product(s) inside a folder
2a. Filter a techpack/product at the organization level
You can locate a techpack/product on your home page by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on this filter icon on the top navigation bar as shown below.
Step 2: Type the name of your techpack/product in the search bar.
PLMBR will filter down the folder where that techpack/product is located. Simply click inside the folder and follow the sub-chapter below on how to filter techpacks/products in a folder.
2b. Filter techpack(s)/products(s) inside a folder
You can filter techpack(s)/product(s) in a folder from their names or keywords linked to them. Once you create and save the filters using keywords; the selected techpacks are organized like a folder within a folder.
Follow these steps below to see how it works -
Step 1: Click on the filter icon located on the top navigation menu of your techpack dashboard page/products page
If you are in Stage view, use the same
filter icon.
Step 2: Search by typing your techpack/product name or associated keyword(s) or
by directly picking keyword(s) from the list.
Step 3: The techpack(s)/product(s) will be displayed as per
the search term or keywords you have applied.
Once you create and save the filters using keywords; the selected techpacks/products are organized like a folder within a folder as shown in the above image.
So, the next time when you access the same folder, the same filters are still applied as shown in the gif below.
This means by using the filter option you don't have to go through finding and selecting your techpacks/products all over again, your folder is still intact and you can directly start working on the same techpacks/product from where you left off last time.
Step 4: In case you want to go back to your main folder containing all your techpacks/products click on this clear filter icon as shown below.
3. How to rearrange techpacks/products in a folder
There are two ways to rearrange your techpacks/products
3a. Rearrange techpacks/products by the sort icon
Step 1: Click on this sort icon located on the top navigation bar of your techpack dashboard page/products page.
Step 2: Select from these options ,

and
to sort your techpacks/products as preferred.
3b. Rearrange techpacks/products manually
You can manually rearrange techpacks/products inside each folder by dragging and dropping them in the order of your preference.
If you are in Stage view, you can drag the techpack/product from one stage to another.
