With our Reply feature, you can easily communicate with your clients, acknowledge or share feedback and keep your entire tech pack-related conversation in one place. It will help avoid any unnecessary delays and miscommunications.
Follow these simple steps to see how you can use this feature.
Step 1: Go to your client’s folder and open any techpack.
Step 2: You will be directed to techpack doc view page. Click on Reply as highlighted below.
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. You will see an automatic default reply is generated. You may choose to send the default reply as acknowledgment or, here you can customize the email subject and here you can change the content of your reply.
Once the final draft is ready, click on the Reply button at the bottom right corner of the pop-up window as shown below.
Step 4: An email will also be sent to your client's email address with this message toast at the bottom left corner of your screen confirming that.
