In case you notice that your card, techpack, or folder is missing, follow these 6 simple steps-
1) First, (ctrl+shift+R) refresh your page and see if the missing asset reappears.
2) Completely log out of your account, sign back in, and check.
3) Make sure you have updated the preference settings on your device.
If you are using Mac OS, go to System Preferences >> Appearance >> Show scroll bars and make sure when scrolling option is checked
And if you are using Windows OS, go under Settings >> Accessibility and turn "Always show scrollbars" on.
4) Make sure your browser window is set at 100% zoom.
If you are using Mac OS, to see the Zoom option press ⌘ and +.
If you are using Windows OS, to see the Zoom option press Ctrl and +.
5) Make sure keywords filter option is not active.
If the keywords filter option is active, then, Only the selected techpack(s) will be displayed as per
the search term or keywords you have applied as shown below .
6) Make sure that you haven't archived them so check your archive sections. Here is how to locate them:
