1. How to export library data as a PDF file

You can download library data as a PDF file by following these simple steps:

 

Step 1: mceclip0.png Click  on this  icon located on the top-left of your screen 

Step 2: mceclip1.pngChoose the option Libraries from the drop-down menu

Step 3: When inside the library page, click on this drop-down-icon.pngicon to see the list of all the libraries you have created.

Step 4: Click and select the library from the drop-down menu.

Step 5: Click on this mceclip0.png icon located on the top-right of your screen inside your library.

Step 6: Click on Doc View option

Step 7: Click on versions located on the top left of your screen. Select the version you would like to download in excel format. Learn how to create a version

Click on this download-icon.png icon to download as shown in the gif below.

You can also download the PDF by clicking on mceclip0.png this mceclip1.png  icon located on the top-right of your screen.

2. How to export the library data as an EXCEL file

Excel download is available only for PLM professional and premium users.

 

You can download a techpack in the .xlsx format from Techpacker in two ways:

 

 From the option icon

Step 1: Click on this mceclip0.png icon located on the top-right of your screen inside your library.

Step 2: Click on Doc View option

Step 3: Click on the versions option right next to doc settings.

Step 4: Select the version you would like to download in excel format. Learn how to create a version

Step 5: Click on this  option icon followed by Download as Excel option from the menu as shown in gif below.

All the cards and their information including the columns and the rows will be downloaded in the .xlsx format with images.
